Editing Autoreply

In case you are ill or you can't come to work please set up your email autoreply so if somebody send's you email will know it is not read by anyone.
In order to set the autoreply go to zimbra preferences/out of office tab.
The standard Navyk auto reply message is written below. Please customize this for your own needs.

Dear Madam or Sir, 

Thank you for your message! Until the xxth of month 20xx I will be out of office. The emails will not be forwarded during this period. 
For urgent matters please do not hesitate to contact my colleagues , Ion Ion  (ionion@navyk.com)
