See Backups - automatic for when and where backups are created.
- Login to the file-server (Administrators only).
- Open Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Backup
- Got to the tab Restore and Manage Media.
- In the left window browse to the desired folder or file.
- In the lower left corner Restore files to: select Alternate location or Single folder. Do NOT choose original location to avoid undesired overwriting of data.
- Browse to an Alternate location (somewhere on the server where the user can take it from).
- Click Start Restore.
