General
- Lay out A is for the first boat, we have those drawings as a reference
- Lay out B is our boat (the second), it is a charter version with 8 berths
- Drawing Lay out B is a preliminary set up drawing only
- Not all space is used when it is inefficient or hard to reach for use
- Furniture is prefabricated outside the boat as much as possible
- Yard manager used to draw CNC building kits himself in 2D AutoCad
- Sheets are nested full, if possible move parts to another material in order to obtain this
- Carpenters are supposed to assemble the interior without drawings (only reference are the codes)
Material
- Plywood birch 3050x1250mm
- 15mm + 2x HPL 0.75mm draw 17mm
- sole
- furniture
- seats
- 4mm + 1x HPL 0.75mm (Abet 661) draw 5mm
- lining panels glued to steel construction
- 4mm + 2x HPL 0.75mm draw 6mm
- furniture backpanels
- 15mm + 2x HPL 0.75mm draw 17mm
Colours
- Colour for Aventura 43 CHARTER is Abet 661 Collectie Legni - Pino Chambery (0.9mm conform website)
- When no colour than 2x white backing
Insulation
- PU foam
- thickness:
- shell 40-50mm
- structure 10mm (can be cut away where necessary)
- in general keep some space between furniture and insulation
Sole
- 4mm rubber above enginer room only, all other sole panels are directly on steel construction
- levels (measured to underside of solepanel):
- foreship DWL -280
- midship DWL +559
- aftship DWL -259
- sole only where necessary, continue 20mm beyond bhd (for 20x20 slat)
- sole stops against wet units
Part codes
- 5 horizontal layers:
- H1 sole
- H2 intermediary
- H3 seat
- H4 intermediary
- H5 ceiling
- 4 vertical segments:
- V1 on top of H1
- V2 on top of H2
- V3 on top of H3
- V4 on top of H4
- Compartments
- AK aft cabin (achterkajuit)
- VK fore cabin (voorkajuit)
- SH wheelhouse (stuurhuis)
- Furniture
- KN galley (keuken)
- SF settee (sofa)
- Partnumbers
- assigned clockwise
- Layer use in 2D Autocad
- DS = section (doorsnede)
- ST = steel (staal)
- 2 = layout 2
- FR = frame (spant)
- example: 2-BET-US-AK-WC-H1-01 = Layout 2, BETimmering-UitSlag-AchterKajuit-WC-Vloer H1, deel 01.
Ceilings
- 17mm base ply is mounted against all frames (see layer 1-BET-DS*)
- Aft deck is reinforced with 2 girders, here a '9mm birch plywood part is mounted first'?!?
Wet units
- completed outside the boat, including sole
- resting directly on the steel
Remarks Cabin 1 (forepeak)
- V-berth with filling piece to make it a double berth
- level berth as layout A, box under bed can be copied (layer 1-BET-US: VK-H2-01, 03 and 04, VK-V1-06, VK-V1-07 and VK-V2-04, see also drawing VK-Agy allat (sounds Hungarian..)
- box under berth should be the same because of battery for bow thruster
- if possible use same wardrobes and shelf as in layout A: 1-BET-US-VK-K3-01 and 03
- locker in forepeak bhd as in layout-A, this locker has a bottom- forward hinging aftpanel and removable shelf to give access to the chain locker, see dwg VK-OR SZENKRENY K6
Remarks Cabin 2
- 1 transverse bed 2000x800 direct on sole, see if you can use sole of layout A (VK-H1*)
- 1 longitudinal bed, max 1900 lenght? Forward engineroom bulkhead has large stiffeners, put first bulkhead in original position as layout A?
Remarks Bathroom 1
- copy from layout-A
Remarks Salon / Galley
- settee as long as possible, foot end of berth cabin 2 under settee, if not possible than sofa as in layout A (part SF-H3-01)
- galley 'floats' partly above engine room hatches
- galley parts from layout A can be used again
- galley forward cabinet houses the distribution panel (W550xH750xD182) in the side, parallel to CL (see lay out A SH-K2)
- converter in layout A was in locker with distribution panel, now a new location must be found
Remarks Bathroom 2 (aft PS)
- longitudinal length to be reduced by 100mm
- minimum interior length 1000mm net
Remarks Bathroom 3 (aft SB)
- longitudinal length to be reduced by 100mm
- see cabin 3 for position of aft bulkhead
- position for forward bulkhead as layout A
Remarks Cabin 3 (PS aft)
- bunkberth (a lower and upper berth)
- bhd 17mm direct against steel of F02
- berth lenght 2000mm, then 5mm (Abet 661)against wet unit
- berth width 800mm
- upper berth starts at F02+110mm (see topview layout A), 17mm bhd, bed 2000mm, then 5mm against wet unit (contradiction with lower bed, I will ask yard)
- escape hatch in transom (position?)
