Detailed definition of scales are to be made, rough defition is as following:
- scale D - starting draftsman
- scale G - starting project leader
- scale H - naval architect
Furthermore:
- every year a function year is added automatically unless there are clear reasons for not doing this (this will be discussed in person then)
- with moving to a higher scale you 'loose' 2 function years (for example from E4 you move to F2)
