Cutout radi, even for rectangular cutouts, are not tangent with straight edge.

[edit]
- material estimation / BOM > inidicate clearly the quality of the panel 'sanded panels with dimension tolerances as per DIN 315 (thickness tolerance within one panel 0.6mm)'
- groups > avoid large groups containing large numbers of parts (split aftship in PS / CL / SB)
- lamello's > mill in order to avoid a lot of measuring and distribute panel thickness issues
- grain > should continue for cabinet doors / drawer fronts, mill with 4mm (check with milling company)
- technical hatches > replace half overlap with ring (although conform JanW the half overlap works out perfect for SN40)
- base panels portholes and deck hatches > apply 4mm cork
- line entities and arc entities shorter then 1mm > remove from milling contour (conform mail Dec-03 2015)
KMY[edit]
- use larger panels 3050x1550? no split parts, less waste?
Material supplier[edit]
- sanded panels with dimension tolerances as per DIN 315 (thickness tolerance within one panel 0.6mm)
Milling[edit]
- delivery
- deliver parts sorted per group (not done for Pure)
- deliver small parts seperated from panel (not yard to remove the small parts out of the panel)
- issues
- drill holes > not drilled for Pure (overlooked, only the crosshairs on no process layer were noticed and removed)
- precision > sole plotfloor > marking lines frames are on interval bigger then 750 (752,753) > makes total interior longer with about 30mm
