Search > use search box in upper right corner of screen Filter > go to Mailing_List > Accounts

Mail[edit]

Send mail from SuiteCRM so they can be traced easily.

All > Emails > Compose

  • Add yourself as Bcc > this way the mails can be stored in Zimbra/Marketing too, for easy access
  • Note: mails will not appear in your Zimbra 'sent'folder
  • Mails sent by SuiteCRM will appear at the bottom of each account in 'History'.

Calls and Meetings[edit]

  • To be registered via All > Meetings / Calls

Company rating[edit]

  • 0 - not interesting OR no longer in existence
  • 1 - existing customer
  • 2 - moderately interesting
  • 3 - very interesting, target companies
