Free days should be announced in advance, as follows:

  • for the first 3 days, for each day, one week notice(added) should be applied (eg. for 3 days, 3 weeks in advance notice);
  • for every third day after the first 3, one week notice(added) should be applied;

Additional free paid days can be granted in one of the following situations:

Studies or professional development[edit]

  • 2 free paid days can be granted once a year for each Navyk employee:
    • for final exams (licence, disertation, doctoral thesis)
    • for professional development programs, courses or trainings, which are meant to improve or develop new skills, relevant to the employee’s activity in the company

The employee should:

Before

  • submit a written request, at least one week prior the day they want to take off, mentioning the date of the exam/ the starting date of the professional development program, the domain and the duration, as well as the name of the institution.
  • note: the employee’s request can be rejected if his/her absence would significantly interfere with the activity of the company at that time.

After

  • bring diploma, certificate or any other relevant document to attest their participation in a final exam at the university or a professional development program.
