Annual bonuses depending on the financial situation of the company:

  • Easter - 750 RON net will be given to all people with more than 3 months of experience in the company, from the Draftsman category and above. Those who have less than 3 months of experience in the company will receive 25% of the bonus. Former employees who have returned to the company will receive this bonus only if they have been with the company for 3 months this year and will receive it in full.
  • Vacation (summer leave) - 1,000 RON net will be granted to all people with more than 3 months of seniority in the company, from the Draftsman category and above, proportional to the months worked this year and proportional to the months of inclusion in the categories who qualifies for the bonus. Employees with less than 3 months of employment will not receive this bonus. Former employees who have returned to the company will receive this bonus only if they have been with the company for 3 months in the current year and will receive it in full.
  • Christmas- the 13th gross salary will be granted, from which the gross value of the Easter and Holiday bonuses will be deducted, to all persons with more than 3 months' seniority in the company, from the Junior Engineer category and above, proportional to the months worked in this year and proportional to the months of placement in the categories that qualify for the bonus. The 3-month old rule in the year the bonus was granted, does not apply to former employees who returned to the company, but the proportional calculation remains. The total gross value of the bonuses per company cannot be higher than 50% of the company's profit for the respective year. If this value is higher, it will be calculated proportionally. For example, if the value of the bonuses is 50,000 Euros, and the net profit of the company is 80,000 Euros, then the bonus will be 80% of the 13th salary.
