Futher development of the Systems matrix.

The centralizer to be a listing (Excel) of all components required to build a boat.

In short, the client describes or gives a drawing of the boat he wants and Navyk provides all required info for building/assembling this boat.

Our delivery will be:

• outfitting
  • drawings
• interior
  • drawings
  • nesting
  • material reports
• systems
  • diagrams
  • routing/assembly

This should include:

• insulation
• electrics
• classification?

A complete delivery for purchase consists of purchase parts (engine, filters) and make parts (hull, shaft tube).

Make parts consist of a drawing which indicates exactly what is to be done, it requires all info for making a price offer and producing the part. For a steel hull this means indicating the net and brut steel weight.

Purchase list

• The centralizer generates a purchase list per supplier.
• Usually a boat comes in different versions with several options. In the program you give a build number and choose the version and desired options and then it creates a purchase list per supplier, output in digital format (xls) or PDF.
• The purchase list must be ready to send to the supplier for a price offer.
• Further development is a purchase list for a number of boats, each with it's own configuration.
• Future development: link with client's warehouse adminstration
