Navyk

  • material estimation / BOM
    • must inidicate clearly the quality of the panel 'sanded panels with dimension tolerances as per DIN 315 (thickness tolerance within one panel 0.6mm)'
  • groups > avoid large groups containing large numbers of parts (split aftship in PS / CL / SB)
  • lamello's > mill in order to avoid a lot of measuring and distribute panel thickness issues
  • grain > should continue for cabinet doors / drawer fronts, mill with 3mm (check with milling company)
  • technical hatches
    • replace half overlap with ring?
    • conform JanW it is perfect for SN40
    • try first with machine setting from table instead of top of material?
    • KMY might prefer to give hatch and HIP an edgeband and then a counterring is the only option and the problem is solved too
  • cutouts portholes and deck hatches > edgeband applied, so increase cutout
  • base panels portholes and deck hatches > 4mm cork applied

KMY

  • use larger panels 3050x1550? no split parts, less waste?

Material supplier

  • sanded panels with dimension tolerances as per DIN 315 (thickness tolerance within one panel 0.6mm)

Milling

  • delivery
    • deliver parts sorted per group (not done for Pure)
    • deliver small parts seperated from panel (not yard to remove the small parts out of the panel)
  • issues
    • drill holes > not drilled for Pure (overlooked, only the crosshairs on no process layer were noticed and removed)
