- remove WIP from the file name
- make the drawing 'read only'
- create a PDF (when it concerns an update, move the old PDF to history)
- update the Albatros drawing list (Google document)
- put PDF on FTP (when it concerns an update, delete the old PDF from FTP)
- send PDF to Ionut Melescanu and CC to Steven - subject Albatros - furniture drawing new or Albatros - furniture drawing update
- if the drawing has electrical connections / appliances than send also the DWG file to Ionut Melescanu (contactperson RETEC)
- print drawing on A4 colour and put in Albatros file
