- American, living for about 20 years in France
- owns biologic bread bakeries in France
- anti chemical - food, environment, etc. Paint and HPL is not favourable (chemicals)
- low budget
- thinking outside the box

Color as light (white) as possible, natural look, cement, white stained oak, soap treated wood?
