- set Preferences > Accounts > Primary Account Settings > Reply-to: check and fill in your mail account with .com to make sure you also keep receiving the mails in Thunderbird

- financial
- this year we intend to buy Excel for all workstations: it might be attractive to buy an Office suit with Outlook
- we might want to change our ERP into Access format: makes an Office suit even more attractive (alternative is an open source database)
