  • Construction engineer
  • experienced Piping engineer

  • reduce by distributing works better (people are on training while others make extra hours)
  • team leaders are responsible for better distribution of tasks in the office
• massage is put on hold for the time being, as Lucian is no longer available and a replacement has not been found yet

Miscelaneous[edit]

• drawings quality - should be improved, there have been some complaints from Jan (KP)
• boatplans - our own designs for small boats to be offered (first for free) on the website

Marketing[edit]

• the "Small Craft" brochure is ready and it will be sent to yards by e-mail

• offers should include the list of drawings that we will deliver for the building kit (GB)
• discussion about the boatplans (ON)
  • anyone is welcome to pitch in >> means for personal development and for learning
  • there are multiple possibilities to choose from: e.g. landing boats, small river jet-boats, etc.
