  • File 13012 SY62 nest_Bulkheads rev_E.dwg (Bulkheads, relative simple)
  • Milled by Marron
  • Programmer > Mr. Ranga, with a background in CNC micro processing of metal
  • Software > Maestro
  • Router bit for outside contours > Ø8, 18.000 RPM, 6 meter/minute
    • Arguments for small toolbit:
      • less vacuum loss
      • tool life is no issue for wood
  • remarks
    • in theory lines/arcs should not be smaller then radius of router bit
    • depending on software it will create problems or not
    • as a test Mr. Ranga ran with Ø80 bit around contour with 9mm step in it without errors
    • lines/arcs should also be larger then machine displacement (depending on machine displacement the milling contours are divided in steps, can be adjusted in machine parameters)
