- Goal is to reduce costs of labour and/or material with € 4.000 minimum
- FEM calculations for the following:
- hulls
- existing hull in 3mm
- existing hull in 3mm with deck 2mm
- existing hull in 3mm with reduced number of watertight bulkheads and with PUR foam
- circular hull in 3mm
- circular hull in 3mm with reduced number of watertight bulkheads and with PUR foam
- for all hulls the size of the longitudinal beam to be reduced from 150x60x4 to 80x40x3/4
- platform
- beams with 3mm wall thickness
- reduced number of beams with 3mm wall thickness
- portal
- aluminum pillars, steel beam
- existing aluminum constructed beam bends 11mm after 'placing steel (longitudinal?!) beam'
- note:
- connection beam/pillar must be internal since wooden construction walls connect direct to portal
- drain hose passes through beam/pillar (see pictures in 13006)
- portal
- for circular hull:
- maintain platform height
- vary draft
- CE-conformity
- construction detail existing deck: WT bhd has flange on top which is used for welding deck seam
- planning - end of May delivery of calculations and drawings
- direct contact with constructor for questions regarding material/prices (Martens Constructie-Lasbedrijf)
