Goal > to manage '(trace) marketing mails


Mail

All > Emails > Compose

  • Add yourself as Bcc > this way the mails can be stored in Zimbra/Marketing too, for easy access
  • Note: mails will not appear in your Zimbra 'sent'folder
  • Mails sent by SuiteCRM will appear at the bottom of each account in 'History'.

  • 0 - no longer in existence
  • 1 - not interesting
  • 2 - reduced interest (small craft)
  • 3 - target companies > large craft
