Keys

The following persons have access keys of the office:

In case of necessity, there is a set of extra office keys left in the third drawer in the kitchen.

Whoever uses these keys is asked to return them in the same place afterwards.

• desks - connect each other with coupling plates (Electrosistem)
• desks - for tall people: cleats to raise desk
• chairs - fix screws with Loctite

Decoration

• pictures on the wall

Bathrooms

• ventilation - mount one-way valve in tube to stop wind from entering bathroom
• spare paper supports - improve mounting
• men's toilet - mount ventilator cover

Wardrobe

• wall mounted bar for coathangers
• stretch bar

Canteen

• servet dispenser

Safety

• fire extinguishers - wall supports

Miscelaneous

• windows - clean exterior / remove protection tape / cut PUR (?)
• create file for office manuals (boiler/vacuumcleaner/printers/alarm)
• the manual for the heater is in: Home:\Library\Office\Inbox\appliances
