Support
Search the ShipConstructor Knowledge Base before requesting support. If you do not find the answer here then contact NDAR / ShipConstructor.
Note the following procedure regarding tech-support request procedures and communications in general:
1. in all technical communications, please always note:
- the version number of ShipConstructor, AutoCAD and Windows
- the language of AutoCAD and Windows
2. if your are reporting crashes and / or errors:
- report to SSI Support (support@ShipConstructor.com)
- but ALWAYS cc NDAR (ndar@ndar.com) and their training manager Arkadiy Zagorskiy (zagorskiy@marintech.ru)
- include screen copies of the error / crash message (if any). Note that you can copy / paste ShipConstructor error text from the error dialog directly
- make available or upload your database and relevant project files
3. in general, NDAR is our first line of support:
- questions are to be addressed to NDAR (ndar@ndar.com and zagorskiy@marintech.ru), not to support
