Making a Snap shot of wour desktop:

  • You can make a picture of your computer screen and copy it to the clipboard by pressing the PrintScreen key.
  • You can take a screenshot of the currently selected window, not the entire screen like the normal screenshot function, by pressing Alt+PrintScreen. This allows you to target that specific window that you have open and nothing else.

Next you open to a picture editor, paste (ctrl+v) the image from the clipboard, and save the new image (ctrl+s).
