File management

The Navyk server is divided into the following drives:

• Home - all access
• Projects - all access
• Project history - all access
• Administration - limited access
• Personnel & Organisation - limited access
• ICT - limited access

Project folder structure

Documents

Contains files as word, excel, etc.

Drawings

Contains all drawing files which are created/modified by Navyk.

Inbox

Contains all incoming (zip-) files of the project in order of arrival (if necessary arrange them in folders on date) The latest files are unzipped in the root of the Inbox folder for use. If folders are required for Date is expressed as Year-Month-Day (example: 2007-04-16), this way the folders are displayed in order of receipt

Pictures

Contains project pictures

Sent

Contains sent zip-files.
