Work behavior

Work relationships between Navyk's employees

• Any behavior which has as effect disadvantaging or degrading a colleague is forbidden, such as:
  • intimidation
  • hostility
  • discouraging
  • sexual harassment

• Based on the gravity of the situation, the following penalties will be applied:
  • written notice
  • contract suspension (max. 10 working days)
  • Position downgrade (max. 60 days)
  • Salary reduction
  • termination of contract
