Schutte uses CAM 2000 software to create the NC files, they do not have AutoCad so they cannot make any modifications to our files (or solve problems).

Schutte is a cutting company from NL with special requirements regarding the delivery of the nest drawings:

  • 1 DXF cutting file per plate
  • 1 nest drawings in DXF or DWG format without ShipConstructor entities


Requirements for the DXF cutting files:

  • plate contour - default layer and color
  • part contours (inside AND outside) - color white, closed contour
  • marking lines - blue, only AutoCad entities
  • remove:
    • text
    • piecemark
    • orientation icons
    • all other info outside the plate contour - remove
