BAR USAGE/PURPOSE OF ROOM

• small group meetings
• informal meetings
• Guests meetings
• Tendency for a sport Cafe - looking on TV at Football games for example

AMBIENT:

• Ambient of an Irish bar, with solid wood on floor, dim lights (reflected on ceiling - indirect lighting).
• Wood on walls up to the height of the bar, standing tables,
• Bar construction and style - same as on Albatros boat -off white panels with wood
• Corian for the top of the bar
• Hardware - brass
• Certain parts of the walls to be covered with wood,
• A 200 mm plate all the way of the walls, for placing glasses - the height to allow supporting your elbow -
• The tables and stools to be movable around the room
• Chairs with backrest

• Romanian supplier will be OK
• Beer pump - for 2 kinds of beer - under the pump the drums

      • CO2 tank (25kg standardized, or smaller ones from suppliers) - the standard is about 1.60 m in Height and all of them need to be secured on a wall.
      • Cooling unit Tornado Evolution Series - the product 50/L was recommended - check if is not too big for the amount of beer consumption in the bar
      • Beer keg couples - Keg Couples differ of the beer types - we need to know what kind of beer they will serve.
      • Beer tower Celli towers
    • Note - ask if the towers come with taps ? - in catalogue they say they don't.
    • Note - ask if the towers come with trays ?
    • Note - the towers can be placed on extensions - check catalogue
    • Note - it is recommended that the cooling unit to have space for aeration, and to have nearby a drainage of some kind - need to ask for more details

• check positioning and dimensions for air vents in the pillar
• check accurate distance for the sockets - there are 2 pictures showing different measurements
• need depth of the NEXTRA equipment (single equipment on wall with window - have to see if it is more than 100 mm

also check the cables under it

• measure accurately, the positioning of the equipment on the wall (LxWxD) - also the electric and cable sockets
• dimension for hole near D-Link equipment - see what's for the cable going out of it.
• dimension the server and Huawei HUB on the boxes (LxWxD)
