Vacation days
- Every employee is entitled to at least 21 vacation days per year, regardless of the type of their contract (whether it is part-time or full-time).
- Every employee should take 10 days off in a row throughout the year.
- Free national days and the free days mentioned in Navyk internal procedure are not included in vacation days.
- Employees should use all their vacation days throughout one year.
- If this is not possible, the rest of the vacation days will be consumed by the end of the next year.
- Compensating vacation days with money is possible only when the contract is ended.
Free national days
- 1st & 2nd January - New Year
- 1st & 2nd day of Easter
- 1st May - Labour Day
- 1st & 2nd Pentecost day
- 15th August - St. Maria
- 30 November - St . Andrei
- 1 December - national day
- 1st & 2nd Christmas day
