Vacation days[edit]
- Every employee is entitled to at least 21 vacation days per year, regardless of the type of their contract (whether it is part-time or full-time).
- Every employee should take 10 days off in a row throughout the year.
- Free national days and the free days mentioned in Navyk internal procedure are not included in vacation days.
- Employees should use all their vacation days throughout one year.
- If this is not possible, the employees must make a written statement that they did not request the holiday
