Contents
General
- hours are booked in Navyk ERP, it requires a username and password
- hours are booked at the end of each day
- at least 8 hours per day must be booked for a full time contract, hours worked less without taking holiday must be booked as 'recover hour' (see also Overtime)
- at least 20 hours per week must be booked by a half time contract (50%)
Checkboxes
Note that when you tick a check box you have to fill in the remarks.
Change Order
Hours booked for a change order. Specify the change order in the remarks.
Secondment
Hours booked while working outside the office, for example when you work in the Netherlands at the KP premises. Specify the company in the remarks.
Additional hour
Hours booked for works which are not in the budget. Specify the hours in the remarks.
Exchange hour
Hours booked for works which MIGHT not BE in the budget, but it is too early to bother the client with them. Specify the hours in the remarks and in a later stage of the project these hours could be used for gaining additional budget or as compensation for a mistake from our side or a reduced delivery.
