Organization

  • out of office/holiday - request permission from project leader, project leaders can decide for themselves, inform Sabina so she can update calendar, for holiday make a paper - no permission required from Steven
  • office calendar - use NavykSRL calendar for items you want to share
  • reminder: turn off your monitor at the end of the day

Discussions

Office

  • Bathroom towels – proposal to change them with paper towels (Sorin) --> For now, the towels will be changed more frequently
  • Mirrors for the bathrooms --> to be solved in the near future

Working Programme

  • Coming to work from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M., with other words a flexible program, is ok with Steven
  • In the future an access card system will be implemented
