13th August 2013 - meeting notes

• BAR DISCUSSIONS:

• • 1. The main ceiling – 2950 – will be from plasterboard, in entire room. All-round about 1m
  • 2. The second ceiling has to be made from wood (plywood). It will be built by the same carpenters.
  • 3. Normal light must be implemented into the ceiling. Can be dimmed. So there will be the indirect lighting and the spots. Joop wants them in a simple alignment pattern.
  • 4. The heating/air grills, will be in the vertical panels from the second ceiling. Still it is not clear about the exit grills. Joop and Iuliana had an argument about the grills. We will wait.
  • 5. The wall paneling – distance of 30 mm behind the main vertical panel.

RECEPTION DESK DISCUSSIONS:

• • 1. The office rooms have “straight lined” furniture without curves – see the PDF from Joop.
  • 2. The desk can have the colors from DMT logo.
  • 3. An idea from Joop, was a round arched desk. Above it, a glass panel. When you look at it from the front – you will enter by the left, through a glass door. Behind the reception desk room, there is another room. These two rooms to be separated by a 2-2.5m cupboard for files, surrounded by glass (a vertical glass panel in which there is a cut, and this cupboard fits in).
  • 4. The floor inside the offices is covered by a carpet which has lime colored stripes.
  • 5. The outside of the offices has tiles from WWW.FLOORGRES.IT – the pattern is called Shadow Piastrella Naturale 60x60
  • 6. On the pillars there will be wallpaper… but not clear what color or pattern.

• finish and send rendering first for final approval:
  • entrance doors to be frosted glass
  • check if 2nd TV is visible in rendering
  • rearrange ceiling spots
  • greenish color for walls (RAL760-4/RAL760-5?) (and choose a matching Corian (Autumn leaves/Tarragon?))
• air grills in ceiling to be hidden
• no window above entrance doors
• keep wall panelling free from aluminum window framing in way of terrace
• net ceiling height to modular ceiling is 2950
• windowsills are at about 850 from finished floor

Beer System

• Two kegs of beer
• Two CO2 tanks
• Two pressure reducers
• Two couplings (recomemnded 4 couplings, if in time, the type of beer will be changed - couplings are different, depending on the beer type and producer)
• One Cooling unit
• One beer tower with own drip tray, with two serving units

• • From the CO2 tank goes a hose to the coupling. On this hose there is a pressure reducer.
  • The coupling gets the CO2 into the keg. Through the same coupling, the beer comes out, and goes to the cooling unit through a hose.
  • From the cooling unit, from the top of it, the beer goes through a hose, to the beer tower, where the beer it is served.

  • CO2 tank (25kg standardized, or smaller ones from suppliers) - the standard is about 1.60 m in Height and all of them need to be secured on a wall.
    • Under the bar, there is enough height for 10kg CO2 tanks.
  • Cooling unit Tornado Evolution Series - the product 50/L was recommended - check if is not too big for the amount of beer consumption in the bar
  • Beer keg couples - Keg Couples differ of the beer types - we need to know what kind of beer they will serve.
  • Beer tower Celli towers

• Note - the towers can be placed on extensions - not necessary anymore

• measure accurately, the positioning of the equipment on the wall (LxWxD) - also the electric and cable sockets
• dimension for hole near D-Link equipment - see what's for the cable going out of it.
• dimension the server and Huawei HUB on the boxes (LxWxD)
