Daily working program is 08.00 - 17.00

Note: The accepted time interval for arriving to work is 07.00 - 09.00. In exceptional cases, any delays past 9.00 must be announced to Simona and/or the project leader.

Hours made after the program might be considered as overtime.


Breaks:

  • 10.00-10.15
  • 12.00-12.30
  • 15.00-15.15


Using the dishwashing machine

  • all the cups must be placed upside down in the top drawer starting the back area
  • all the dishes must be placed in the lower drawer starting the back area
  • all the cutlery must be placed in the special compartment from the lower drawer
  • the last person to leave the office is kindly asked to start the dishwasher


Before you go home:

  • Do your hour booking
  • Switch off your monitor
  • Arrange your desk
  • Bring your cup to the dishwasher


If you are the last to leave the office:

  • Use the switch under the desk to turn off the power
  • Close the windows
  • Turn off the printers, AC
  • Start the dishwasher
  • Turn off the lights


The following is NOT allowed:

  • Smoking in the office and on all the transit/access spaces is forbidden by law (for details see home\library\Lege nr 349 (legea antitabac) )
  • Using Messenger or similar applications
  • Using the internet for visiting non-decent sites


The following is NOT allowed during office hours (breaks are not considered as office hours):

  • Smoking
  • Using office and /or private phone for private use
  • Using the internet for private use
  • Watching youtube videos not related to work(you can use youtube for listening to music)


The following is allowed ONLY with manager approval:

  • Copying documents and/or drawings for private use
  • Using Navyk software for private use
  • Bringing personal laptops that are not fully licensed at the office


Rules regarding software and personal devices:

  • Company workstations should not have any improperly licensed software:
    • software installed with cracks
    • software that is free only for personal use

NOTE: It is not enough to just uninstall programs; the installation kits on the computer must be removed as well.

  • Media files (music, movies, etc.) must be played using original discs or a streaming service (e.g. youtube).
  • Personal laptops should be left at home (unless they are fully licensed).


It is allowed to store private documents at the local work station with a limit of 100Mb.
